Hiring Plus is looking for an Hr Admin Executive to join its team in Powai, Mumbai. 5 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹34,000/month.

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Payroll, HRMS, Labour law basics, MS Excel
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A people-oriented, organised attitude

Your responsibilities

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• You will manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities

Compensation

You will be paid ₹32,000 – ₹34,000 per month.
