Hk Diagnostics & Imaging is hiring a Clinic Receptionist in Wadala, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹14,000/month.

Clinic/Hospital Experience Needed. Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, Billing, Cash Handling And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Typing, MS Office, Email etiquette, Basic accounting
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone organised and well spoken

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

What you get

Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹14,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
