Hotel Duke is looking for a Business Development Manager to join its team in Lal Chowk, Srinagar. You can earn up to ₹12,000/month.

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• You'll follow up on leads and convert them into sales.

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Customer handling, CRM, Negotiation and Presentation
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
