Front Desk Receptionist

House of chavan is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join its team in Kalyan East, Mumbai. You can earn up to ₹20,000/month. 10 candidates will be hired for this role.

Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Basic accounting, Data entry, Email etiquette and Typing
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are dependable and well spoken

Salary

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
