Executive Assistant

House Of Sparsh Private Limited is looking for an Executive Assistant to join its team in Andheri West, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month.

Your responsibilities

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Compensation

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Typing, Basic accounting, Email etiquette, MS Office
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A well spoken, organised attitude
