Hr Tacticians is hiring a Purchase Assistant in Sakinaka, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹35,000/month.

Manage Procurement Of Industrial Equipment, Piping Materials, Aluminum & Ss Pipes, Valves, Fittings, Pumps, Compressors, Capital Equipment, And Manufacturing Consumables. Source And Develop Vendors, Negotiate Commercial Terms, Issue Purchase Orders, Monitor Deliveries, Maintain Supplier Relationships, And Coordinate With Production. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with MS Office, Record keeping, Data entry, Basic accounting
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are dependable and organised

Salary

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
