Hsquare Living Pvt. Ltd. has an opening for a Front Office Manager based in Vile Parle, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹28,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Greet And Assist Guests With Check-Ins, Reservations, And Inquiries In The Hostel. Provide Information About Services And Amenities While Maintaining A Professional Demeanor. Address Complaints And Ensure A Pleasant Guest Experience. Handle The Staff As Well Look After The Property Management. Handle The Duties Appropriately With Professionalism. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹28,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Your responsibilities

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Basic accounting, Typing, Email etiquette, MS Office
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are organised and well spoken
