What the job involves

As a Work From Home - Forex Sales Executive / Telecaller, your work will include:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• You'll log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

What we are looking for
