Hutah Cosmos has an opening for a Customer Care Executive based in Shinde Ki Chhawani, Gwalior. Salary is up to ₹12,000/month.

Work As A Customer Support And Create And Resolve Tickets. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Skills: CRM tools, Active listening, Hindi and English, Typing speed
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A customer-first, patient attitude
