The Customer Support Executive Will Handle Customer Queries Through Calls, Emails, Or Chats, Provide Accurate Information About Products Or Services, Resolve Issues Promptly, And Ensure A Positive Customer Experience. The Role Requires Strong Communication Skills, Timely Follow-Ups, And Coordination With Internal Teams.

Key responsibilities

As a Customer Support Executive, your work will include:

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets

Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Local market knowledge, Customer handling, Lead generation and Negotiation
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Someone self-motivated and persuasive

What you get

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
