Advise Management On Hr Policies, Employee Relations, And Workforce Planning. Develop Strategies To Improve Employee Engagement And Productivity. Monitor Industry Trends And Ensure Compliance With Labor Laws. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• You'll ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• You will manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Recruitment, Labour law basics, Payroll and MS Excel
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone confidential and organised

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
