Office Assistant

Iconics Aluplast India Private Limited has an opening for an Office Assistant based in Vasai Road East, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹18,000/month. Freshers can apply. 5 candidates will be hired for this role.

What we are looking for

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Data entry, Record keeping, MS Office and Email etiquette
• Female Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• You are dependable and organised

Day-to-day work

• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
