Office Assistant

Iconics Aluplast India Private Limited is looking for an Office Assistant to join its team in Vasai Road East, Mumbai. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. You can earn up to ₹20,000/month. Great for first-time job seekers.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.

Compensation

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
