Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. Visits All Over India For Customers Meeting Exhibitions Event, Follow Up With Customers, Atten & Reply To Whatsapp, E Mail, Tender. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel, Advanced Excel, Internet Surfing, MS Word, MS Power Point, > 30 WPM Typing Speed | Skills Needed : Email, Computer

What you will do

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Compensation

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point, Ms Word
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• Someone dependable and organised
