A Telesales Loan Officer Is A Frontline Financial Sales Role. You Are Responsible For Cold/Warm Calling Prospects, Conducting Financial Need Analyses, Explaining Loan Terms, And Converting Leads Into Closed Loans Or Scheduled Appointments For Field Agents. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Sales, Outbound | Languages : Marathi, Hindi, English

Your responsibilities

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

What you get

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Marathi, Outbound, Sales
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
