The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Contacting Potential Customers, Explaining Our Gold Trading Services, Generating Leads, And Converting Prospects Into Clients. What the job involves

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

What we are looking for

• Open to freshers
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Marathi, Mutual Funds, Sales
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
