Graduate With 15 Years Of Experience In Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Or Exim Documentation, Skilled In Import/Export Documentation, Shipment Coordination, Customs Procedures, And Ms Office/Erp Systems With Strong Attention To Detail And Communication Skills. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel

Your responsibilities

As a Documentation Executive, your work will include:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Basic Excel
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel
• You are dependable and organised

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
