Executive Assistant

iJobz Consultancy wants to bring on an Executive Assistant for its Andheri West, Mumbai team. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month.

What you will do

As an Executive Assistant, your work will include:

• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
