iJobz Consultancy is looking for an Executive Assistant to join its team in Andheri West, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹35,000/month.

More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Compensation

Compensation: ₹28,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Record keeping, MS Office, Typing and Basic accounting
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone organised and detail-oriented
