iJobz Consultancy is looking for an Hr Admin Executive to join its team in Andheri East, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹30,000/month.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Payroll, Recruitment, HRMS, Labour law basics
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are good communicator and organised

Your responsibilities

As an Hr Admin Executive, your work will include:

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• You will coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
