The Role Includes Candidate Sourcing, Interview Coordination, Onboarding, Office Administration, And Managing Recruitment-Related Social Media Content. Freshers With Relevant Internships Or Candidates With 6 Months2 Years Of Experience. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

As an Hr Assistant, your work will include:

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with MS Excel, Recruitment, Screening, Labour law basics
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A good communicator, organised attitude

Salary

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
