Handle Hr Administration By Maintaining Employee Records, Hr Documentation, Recruitment Trackers, And Mis Reports. Coordinate Office Administration Including Travel Bookings, Vendor Coordination, Office Supplies, And Facility Mana. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

• You will handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• You'll support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• You will ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with HRMS, Payroll, Recruitment, Screening
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone confidential and good communicator
