During Festival Days As Well, We May Need Limited Support, But We Have A Team System And Can Plan Shifts Accordingly. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Skills Needed : Email | Handling Invoices, Manage Operations

Roles and responsibilities

As a Customer Support Officer, your work will include:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Email, Handling Invoices and Manage Operations
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
