• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

• Comfortable with Complaint handling, Verbal communication, Typing speed, Hindi and English
