The Ar Medical Billing Specialist Is Responsible For Managing The Complete Revenue Cycle Process Related To Accounts Receivable. The Role Involves Handling Insurance Follow-Ups, Resolving Claim Denials, Posting Payments, Reducing Outstanding Ar, And Ensuring Timely Reimbursement From Insurance Companies And Patients. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : English, Kannada

Your responsibilities

• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English and Kannada
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: English, Kannada
• A customer-first, calm under pressure attitude
