Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Handling Invoices, Internet Surfing, Procurement, Quotation Management and Record Management
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
