Incognito Edge Solutions Llp wants to bring on a Customer Service Representative for its Magarpatta, Pune team. 10 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month.

Day-to-day work

As a Customer Service Representative, your work will include:

• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• You will follow up on leads and convert them into sales.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate

• Good English
