Indian Credit Services wants to bring on a Telecaller Recovery Executive for its All Mumbai, Mumbai team. 15 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month.

What you get

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Day-to-day work

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

Who can apply

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Skills: English, Gujarati, Hindi, Marathi
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Gujarati, Marathi, Hindi, English
• A polite, customer-first attitude
