Customer Care Executive

Indiaviewtravel pvt.ltd is looking for a Customer Care Executive to join its team in Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month. 15 candidates will be hired for this role.

Roles and responsibilities

• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.

What you get

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Outbound and Sales
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
