Indigo Metalware LLP wants to bring on a Purchase Assistant for its Vasai Road East, Mumbai team. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month.

Assist In Preparing And Processing Purchase Orders (Pos).Follow Up With Suppliers For Quotations, Order Confirmations, And Deliveries.Compare Supplier Quotations And Maintain Price Records.Coordinate With Stores To Check Stock Availability And Material Requirements.Maintain Purchase Files, Invoices, And Vendor Records.Update Purchase Data In E. Salary

Compensation: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What you will do

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel, Procurement, Quotation Management and Record Management
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
