IndoHR Services wants to bring on an Email Support Executive for its Andheri East, Mumbai team. 30 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹27,000/month.

What you get

You will be paid ₹23,000 – ₹27,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
