We Are Looking For An Hr Cum Trainer Who Will Handle End-To-End Hiring And Training For Our Caf And Cloud Kitchen Operations And Wearhouse, Ensuring We Build A Skilled And High-Performing Team. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Payroll, Labour law basics, Recruitment, Screening
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A confidential, people-oriented attitude

Salary

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
