Infinity science classes wants to bring on a Receptionist for its Nala Sopara East, Mumbai team. There are 2 open positions. Salary is up to ₹10,000/month.

Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor.

Your responsibilities

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.

Requirements

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Typing, Record keeping and Data entry
• Female Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• You are detail-oriented and dependable

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month.
