Infinity Services is hiring a Debt Recovery Agent in NH 16, Sambalpur. Freshers can apply. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. You can earn up to ₹20,000/month.

This Is A Field Job And Is Collection Of Outstanding Amount Not Paid By The Customer Within Due Period Against The Loan Taken By Him From Hdfc Bank. Loans May Be Like Credit Card Loan, Personal Loan, Car Loan, Bike Loan, Business Loan Etc That Needs To Be Collected From The Customer In A Very Convincing Way And Not In A Harsh Way By Meeting The Customer Physically.

Day-to-day work

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• You will explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Documentation, Financial products, Customer acquisition, KYC
