To Manage Recruitment, Attendance Discipline, Documentation, Performance System Support And Exit Process For A Growing Co-Op Society Management Company.

Salary

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Day-to-day work

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Coordinate performance reviews and training

Requirements

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Labour law basics, MS Excel, Screening, Recruitment
• Female Only
• Good English
• Freshers can apply
• You are organised and good communicator
