Mature Lady Who Monitoring And Recovering Outstanding Receivables From Distributors, Retailers, Corporate Clients, And Other Customers. The Role Focuses On Timely Follow-Ups, Reconciliation Of Customer Accounts, Maintaining Aging Reports, And Ensuring Everything. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts.
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Financial products, MS Excel, Documentation, Compliance
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
