Contact Individuals To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. Type : Domestic, Outbound | Languages : Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Hindi

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• You will cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• You will source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts.

What you get

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Domestic, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Outbound, Telugu
