In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For Managing Customer Assistance Requests From Initiation To Closure. This Is A Blended Role Involving Inbound And Outbound Customer Interactions, Case Management, Coordination With Logistics Partners And Third-Party Vendors, And Ensuring Timely Delivery Of Services In Line With Defined Service Level Agreements. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Outbound, Inbound | Languages : Bengali, Gujarati, Telugu, Marathi, Hindi, English

What the job involves

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Inbound, Marathi, Outbound, Telugu
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
