Integro Finserv Private Limited has an opening for a Human Resource Executive based in Navi Mumbai, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹35,000/month. 5 candidates will be hired for this role.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Recruitment, Labour law basics, MS Excel and Screening
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are good communicator and people-oriented

What the job involves

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• You will coordinate performance reviews and training.
• You will source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records

What you get

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
