Closing Executive

A new Closing Executive role is open at Investland Reality, Juinagar, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹35,000/month. 3 candidates will be hired for this role.

Roles and responsibilities

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You'll log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Below 10th or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Marathi and Real Estate
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Preferred Experience In: Real Estate, Real Estate
• Languages: English, Marathi, Hindi
• You are calm under pressure and customer-first
