Export Executive

J D Corporation is looking for an Export Executive to join its team in Govandi East, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

Handle International Shipments, Export Documentation (Custom Invoice, Pl, Coo Etc), Coordinate With Freight Forwarders, Cha & Logistics Providers. Proficient In Ms Office (Word,Excel). Your responsibilities

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Handling Invoices, Manage Operations, Ms Power Point and Ms Word
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• Someone organised and detail-oriented

What you get

You will be paid ₹21,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
