We Are Looking For A Confident And Responsible Help Desk Executive Who Can Handle Client Calls Professionally And Provide Proper Support. The Candidate Should Have Good Communication Skills, Basic Computer Knowledge, And The Ability To Manage Client Queries, Follow-Ups, And Daily Coordination Work. The Role Also Includes Maintaining Client Records And Ensuring Smooth Client Management Through Calls, Whatsapp. Skills Needed : Computer | Basic Excel, Record Management

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Eligibility

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of Basic Excel, Computer and Record Management
• Basic English

Salary
