Customer Care Executive

Jalandhar Enterprises Surgical Industries is looking for a Customer Care Executive to join its team in Anand Vihar, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹18,000/month. 5 candidates will be hired for this role.

Day-to-day work

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Compensation

You will be paid ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: Inbound, Marketing, Outbound, Sales
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
