Roles and responsibilities

As a Computer Operator Cum Office Assist..., your work will include:

• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.

Candidate profile

• Open to freshers
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Ms Cit, Ms Word
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Skills Needed: MS CIT, Computer

• You are well spoken and dependable
