• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Email and Ms Power Point
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Skills Needed: Email
• MS Power Point, > 30 WPM Typing Speed, Advanced Excel
• A dependable, well spoken attitude

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
