• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Active listening, Complaint handling, Hindi and English and Verbal communication

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
