What you will do

As a Loan Process Advisor, your work will include:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.

What we are looking for

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Hindi, International, Marathi, Marketing and Sales
• Basic English
