Day-to-day work

As a Personal Loan Executive, your work will include:

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• You'll explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• You will share market and competitor feedback with the team.

Skills and qualifications

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Local market knowledge, Lead generation, Target achievement, CRM
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Someone persuasive and target-driven

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹16,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
