Job Network is hiring an Hr Executive in Bhandup West, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

What you will do

As an Hr Executive, your work will include:

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• You'll ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• You will handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with HRMS, Labour law basics, Payroll, Recruitment
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A people-oriented, good communicator attitude

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
