Job Network wants to bring on an Hr Executive for its Bhandup, Mumbai team. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

Handle Hr Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards. Handle Pf, Esic & Compliances. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• You'll handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• You'll source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with HRMS, MS Excel, Recruitment, Payroll
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone confidential and good communicator

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
